Ayurveda is a complete way of life. You cannot fully understand, teach or apply Yoga therapeutically without understanding Ayurveda. Together, Yoga and Ayurveda work as a holistic health system comprising diet, Yoga, massage, detoxification, herbal remedies, meditation and daily lifestyle.

Ayurveda improves not only a person’s health, but also their wellbeing, behaviour and state of mind. This training introduces this holistic health system. Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one’s life through right thinking, diet, lifestyle, and the use of herbs. Knowledge of Ayurveda enables you to understand how to create this balance of body, mind, and consciousness according to your personal needs.
