- Ayurvedic Well-Being – diet, sleep, mind health, energy regulation
- Diet – Cleanse, re-set, rejuvenate
- Ceremony – Intention, Prayer, Rituals, Sacred Space and Circles
- 13 Soma Medicine Yoga Sessions through the Chakras to restore balance and vitality
- Journeys – Hero’s Journey, Trance, Breathwork, Neuroplasticity
- Soul Retrieval and Parts
- Nature of Mind – understanding how Mind creates parts and Meditations to work with them
- Energy Healing – Prana, Tejas, Ojas, Fire gazing, Shamanic Tools like Ancestor Work
- Soma Bliss Process – anointing the body with warm oils, tinctures and teas through 12 treatments
- Munay-ki rites to recalibrate and re-tune your energy of the chakras and reprogram your DNA
- Working with the Spirit of Tulsi or Holy Basil
- The Nervous System and Trauma
- Listening, Attunement, Ethics, Somatic Integration
This unique training takes place over 13 weekends and consists of 300 hours of training with YAP.
