Ayurveda is a complete way of life. You cannot fully understand, teach or apply Yoga therapeutically without understanding Ayurveda. Together, Yoga and Ayurveda work as a holistic health system comprising diet, Yoga, massage, detoxification, herbal remedies, meditation and daily lifestyle.
Ayurveda improves not only a person’s health, but also their wellbeing, behaviour and state of mind. This training introduces this holistic health system.
